Once again Lido-Lang received positive feedback from an independent auditor, who verified whether our company works in accordance with ISO-9001:2008 norms. The audit was carried out on the 10th September 2009 by BSI, an independent international certifying body.

During the audit the following aspects of Lido-Lang functioning were being discussed: sales and marketing, winning new customers, staff and infrastructure management, complaints supervision, managing and improving the company Quality Management System, as well as internal audits.

The entire audit process was smooth and successful, which confirmed Lido-Lang highest quality of service. Our company also presented a quality development plan, which was very positively received by the auditor.

Lido-Lang has recently introduced numerous changes to improve work efficiency and service control. We introduced job-specific procedures and instructions, updated our Quality Book as well as extended our Sales Department by employing a Foreign Markets Representative. We also carried out customer opinion survey that showed how high our clients rate particular aspects of working with our company, including: translation quality, meeting deadlines, Project Managers' services, ease of communication and problem solving efficiency.

Lido-Lang received ISO 9001:2000 certificate in 2005, which was a confirmation of our company providing services consistent with worldwide standards and of excellent quality. Since then we have constantly been undertaking new initiatives to improve company's work processes, communication with our customers and translation services provided.
